Mental Space Psychology / Social Panorama
At the beginning of June, I had the opportunity to participate in a very exciting and inspiring seminar with trainer Dr Lucas Derks (PhD in psychology, psychotherapy researcher, trainer – Mental Space Psychology & Social Panorama founder, developper and researcher): Mental Space Psychology and the Social Panorama.
The idea of Mental Space Psychology and the Social Panorama encompasses a range of tools for psychotherapy and coaching to analyse and improve relationships. The idea behind it is that people live in an unconsciously functioning three-dimensional landscape in which they have assigned themselves and others a place.
The exact location where these social images are projected determines the nature and quality of the respective relationships. The resulting 3D map of social reality ultimately determines the place one can occupy in society.
With the help of the social panorama, conflicts (in private and professional environments), relationship issues or lack of self-confidence can be addressed and resolved.

Once again, many thanks to Dr.Lucas Derks for this great seminar and practical exercises. I have learned a lot!
I am already looking forward to using this format in future coaching sessions.
